Jimmy Dairl Lewis, 80, of Rossville, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018. A native of Ft. Payne, Al., he has lived in the North Georgia area for the past 45 years. Jimmy was a former employee of Southern Marine, where he worked for 15 years, and Keystone Automotive, where he worked for 10 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Margaret Mitchell Lewis; and two brothers, Buford and Wiley Lewis.
He is survived by three sons, Lavaughn Lewis of Rossville, Anthony J. Lewis of Chattanooga and Ronnie (DeeDee) Lewis of Rossville; two sisters, Roberta Suphin of Ft. Oglethorpe and Lora Faye Denable of Ft. Oglethorpe; four brothers, Doyle Lewis of Rossville, Tommy Lewis of Ft. Oglethorpe, Larry Lewis of Crossville and James Lewis of Chattanooga; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 5-7:30 p.m.. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m.. Monday at the funeral home.
