Winning Writers Read Is Oct. 30

Winning Writers Read will be held at Star Line Books, 1467 Main St., Suite 106, on Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 6-8 p.m. 

Guests will meet winners and finalists of the Chattanooga Writers’ Guild 2017 writing contest and hear readings of poetry, fiction, and nonfiction.

Poets will read only the poem published in the anthology. Prose authors will read a brief excerpt from their published work.

This is an opportunity to meet local authors, learn more about the Chattanooga Writers Guild and explore Chattanooga’s independent book store. Copies of the anthology will be available for purchase. 

Participating authors are Finn Bille, Kate Landers, Calvin Beam, Gerhard Schneibel, John C. Mannone, Greg Starnes, Sherry Poff, Wesley Sims, Ann Long and Ray Zimmerman.
