Dr. Robert "Bob" T. Daugherty, 84, of Rossville, passed away October 17, 2018. 

Funeral Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21 at Victory Baptist Church, 1013 Lafayette Road, Rossville, with Dr. Ernest Groce and Dr. Brad Davis officiating. Dr. Daugherty will lie in state at the church from 2 p.m. until the time of service. Graveside Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 22 at Roselane Cemetery, 1033 Rose Lane Toccoa, Ga., with Dr. John Brown officiating. 

Dr. Daugherty was a native of Ballground and moved to the Rossville area in 2001. Dr. Daugherty received his doctorate of theology and pastored several churches in the Atlanta, Newnan, North Georgia and Chattanooga area. 

He was preceded in death by his wives, Evelyn Daugherty and Sylvia Perry. 

Survivors include his daughter and son in law, Toni and Dr. John Brown, of Toccoa; son and daughter in law, Danny and Sandra Daugherty, of Hixson; sister, Joann D. Pritchard; grandchildren, Stephanie D. (Chris) Porter, Tonya (Tracy) Yearwood, Christie Daugherty and Terrell (Jennifer) Childress; and eight great-grandchildren. 

The family will receive friends on Friday, Oct. 19 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta, Ga. 30064 and Saturday, Oct. 20 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, 555 West Cloud Springs Road, Ft. Oglethorpe.
