Highway 111 Northbound Shut Down For Hours After Semi Turns Over

State Route 111 northbound was shut down for over five hours after a semi truck overturned Tuesday.

The roadway reopened shortly after 4 p.m.

The wreck was near the Hamilton/Sequatchie County line.

Crews unloaded the remainder of what was in the bed of the truck.

The road was littered with pieces of metal that had to be cleared off.
