Dale Hayes
Dale Ervin Hayes, 54, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on October 12, 2018.
He was born on June 12, 1964, to Phil Hayes and and Bertha Sims. He was very outgoing and he never met a stranger. He loved motorcycles and cars, especially Corvettes.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Phil Hayes; grandparents, Menive and Richard Hayes and Lucille and Fred Andes; and stepchild, Tyler Myers.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Bertha (Frank) Sims; son, Thomas Jonas John Shelby; daughter, Amber Wilson; granddaughter, Mayliah Lynn Shelby; fiancée, Charlotte Ford; stepchildren, Kelley Morgan, Teri Ownby, Taylor Ownby, McKenzie Morgan, Devin Bell Cody Morgan, Tanner Morgan; siblings, Douglas (Sharon) Hayes, Darrell (Deborah) Hayes, Ray (Lona) Hayes, Mike (Mable) Hayes, Barbara (Terry) Blackwell, Frenda Sims, Jeff (Debbie) Sims, Darlene (Kenny) Pagent.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16, at Companion Funeral Home at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, Tn. 37311.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17, at the funeral home with Gary Farris officiating. Interment will follow at Lee Cemetery.
