Georgia Representative Tom Graves released a video after voting in favor of the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (H.R. 4712), passage of which coincides with the 45th annual March for Life – the world’s largest pro-life event.
H.R. 4712 requires healthcare practitioners to provide life-saving medical care to babies born alive after an attempted abortion, just as they would do for other babies born at the same age of development. The bill passed the House by a vote of 241 to 183.
