Dalton State's Simmons Named National Player Of The Week

Carnilious Simmons of Dalton State has been named the NAIA Men's Basketball National Player of the Week, the national office announced Tuesday. Simmons was chosen for his performances from January 8 – 14 and was selected out of a pool conference award winners.

In 74-65 victory against Blue Mountain (Miss.) on Jan. 9, Simmons tied for the NAIA season-high with 25 rebounds.

State Seeking 1st-Degree Murder Conviction Against Donaldson For Killing Son-In-Law
