Billy Eugene Davis, 70, of Chattanooga, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, January 11, 2018. 

 

He was born August 22, 1947 in Harrison, Tennessee to the late Viola and Arthur Davis.

 

He was a former employee for the State of Tennessee.

 

His brothers, Arthur Franklin, Jr. and Bobby Davis preceded him in death. 

 

Survivors include his children, Bobby Davis and Debra Davis of Cleveland; sisters, Jo Ann Brantly of Atlanta; Marvin Davis, Peggy Head and Gladys all of Chattanooga; grandchildren, D.J. Holloway, Marie Holloway, and Crystal Freeman; 2 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

 

The family will receive friends Saturday, January, 20, 2018 from 12:30–2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.   A celebration of life service will follow at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Bill Harvey officiating. 

 

Burial will follow at New McDonald Cemetery.
