Ernest Don King
Ernest Don King, 78, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John William and Dola Mae King; his wife, Lousie “Nig” King; brothers, John King Jr., Albert King, Franklin D. King, and James “Dick” King.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Jessie King; daughters, Denise (James) Mcdowell, Tina (Tony) Payne, Shelly Cantrell; brothers, Kenneth (Violet) King, Jimmy (Carolyn) King, Houston (Betty) King; sisters, Mary Jo King, Betty (Buford) Boyd, Ann (Bruce) Chance, Pearl (Bobby) Poe, Susie (Danny) Alder; grandchildren, Gary Poe, Chassity Burns, Jeremy Gunn, Candace Harris, Reece Cantrell and Chrissy King; and great-grandchildren Harlie, Masen, Hayden, Peyton, Peyson, Paxton, Ashlynn and Aaliyah King.
Visitation will be Sunday, Aug. 20, from 12 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m. CST.
A funeral service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel Sunday, Aug. 20, at 4 p.m. CST with Bro. Vernon Coffman officiating.
Interment will follow at Beene Raulston Cemetery.
