Watts, Vola Jean (Ringgold)

Vola Jean Watts, 90, of Ringgold went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2017 at her home. She has been a resident of Ringgold for the past 73 years and a member of Green Pastures Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Watts; children, Linda Welch, Hazel Templeton, Connie Lowrance, two step-sons, Don Watts and Sanford Watts.

Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Sullivan of Ringgold, Bonnie (David) Edmonds of Ringgold; sons, James Mozingo, Macon, GA and Steve (Gail) Mozingo of Ringgold; along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home chapel with Bro. Lamar Dietz and Bro. Harold Watson officiating. Interment will be in the Woodstation Cemetery.
