2 New Neighborhood Walmarts Sell For $25 Million

Two new Neighborhood Walmarts have sold for $25 million.

The stores are on Ringgold Road in East Ridge and at North Moore Road and Shallowford.

The sales were to to Mini-Ent Chattanooga Llc from Polestar Tn Chattanooga Wilcox Llc.

The East Ridge store sold for $12,384,747, and the North Moore Road store for $12,747,783.
