27-Unit Single-Family Home Development Planned In St. Elmo

A 27-unit single-family home residential development is being planned in St. Elmo.

The Planning Agency staff has recommended approval on the request from John Coffelt of BC Holdings.

The location is 5330 Tennessee Ave. and 525 McGrath St.

The 4.6 acre site is located on the east side of Tennessee Avenue and at the end of Thomas Avenue.

It is located on the south end of St. Elmo near Chattanooga Creek and an old municipal dump.

The site is now zoned M-1 Manufacturing.

The request is for  R-T/Z Residential Townhouse Zero-Lot Line Zone.
