Chattanooga based certified public accounting firm, Henderson Hutcherson & McCullough, PLLC begins implementing its growth plan by announcing the merger with Brundige Payne & Company, PC effective Aug. 1. The combined company will operate as HHM Memphis and will move to a centrally located headquarters at the Kirby Centre, 1755 Kirby Parkway, in Memphis in October.
The combination of resources from both firms will provide a greater depth of expertise and wider array of services while continuing both firms’ traditions of quality work and customer service, said officials.
Bundige Payne & Company partners and employees are continuing in their current roles, and client service will be seamless as the transition to HHM Memphis is completed.

Over the past three decades, HHM has provided public accounting services to the Chattanooga area and beyond.
