Bellhops, a moving company servicing over 20 U.S. cities, has been pioneering the empowerment of a young workforce for over five years now, specifically growing and supporting their college based workforce of movers they call “bellhops”, said officials.  Today the Chattanooga based moving company amplified their dedication of youth empowerment with the announcement of their Moving Forward Scholarship

Bellhops will be offering three $1000 academic startup scholarships for current college students and incoming freshman who are pursuing higher education. Applicants can apply online and must meet the following requirements;

“As a startup, we know how far a little help can go,” said President and Co-Founder Cam Doody. “We wanted to start offering a supportive investment for college students that they can use to get started, or keep going.”

The Bellhops scholarship contest will be held annually to support students pursuing a college education. Bellhops headquarters says they hope to increase the amount of scholarships offered in the future and are looking for community partners to team-up with.
