Chattanooga State SkillsUSA Students Earn Five National Medals

Chattanooga State’s TCAT division was well represented at the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference in Louisville, Ky. on June 19-23.  Seventeen students competed in 13 events and collectively they earned four silver medals and one bronze medal. Furthermore, 16 out of 17 students finished in the top ten within their individual contests.

The chapter lead advisors in attendance included Mike Mercer and Elonia James; faculty advisors included Kristi Caves, David Burgess, Scotty Holland, Sam O’Rear, Sandra Lambertino, Jimmy Jones, Brandy Krantz, Tim Chastain, and Amy Pedigo.
