Donald Lee Brown, Sr., 78, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017.
Donald was a loving father and grandfather. He was a member of Union Springs Baptist Church. Donald retired as a machinist for Southern Centrifugal.
Donald was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Misty Brown; great-grandson, Tyson Scruggs.
Donald is survived by his daughters, Donnitta (Jim) Hartley and Annette (Jeff) Valentour; son, Lee (Julie) Brown; granddaughter, Mackenzie Valentour; grandsons, Scotty Scruggs, Nick Brown, Dillion Brown and Ben Brown; four great-grandsons; sisters, Gail Allen and Joy Reagan; brother, Kenneth Brown.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 24, from 1-3 p.m. at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace.
Funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Interment to follow in Brown Chapel Cemetery.
