  • Tuesday, June 20, 2017

Attorney Stevie Phillips, a Chattanooga native, has opened Stevie Phillips Law, PLLC.

Ms. Phillips is one of Chattanooga’s only female criminal defense attorneys practicing in federal and state court.

After graduating with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2008, she clerked for Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Janice M. Holder and Judge Bernice B. Donald, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She later accepted a position with the trial firm of Davis & Hoss, PC. Most recently, she served as a white collar, federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of California.

She is happy to be home in Chattanooga and looks forward to bringing her experiences to bear in the zealous representation of her clients. Her practice areas include criminal defense, employment litigation, and victim advocacy.

Ms. Phillips can be reached at stevie@steviephillipslaw.com or 423 645-7734.
