Chris Blue Reaches Finals On ‘The Voice”

Chris Blue, the church worship leader from Knoxville who attended Tennessee Temple University in the early 2010s, has qualified for the finals of the NBC singing talent show, “The Voice.”

He was one of four singers to reach the finals after their names were announced during Tuesday’s show.
They were selected among the eight semifinalists by the viewers and fans.


During Monday’s competition, he sang the gospel song, “Take Me to the King.”

He and fellow finalists Lauren Duski, Jesse Larson and Aliyah Moulden will compete next Monday, and the winner will be announced on Tuesday.
