Sandra Smith
Sandra Lue Smith, 66, of Chattanooga, died on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, in a local health care facility, surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born in Cedar Bluff, Al., to Cleveland, Sr. and Vadie Stallings Smith. Sandra attended Lafayette High School in Lafayette, Ga. She worked for 26 years at NHC and four years at Health Center at Standifer Place and then retired.
Survivors include her two sons, Kevin Smith and Sean (Raymeisha) Scruggs, both of Chattanooga; 15 grandchildren; mother, Vadie Smith; three brothers, Cleveland (Geraldine) Smith, Jr. of Noble, GA, Claude Smith, and David (Lisa) Smith, both of Chattanooga; sister, Sarah Ann of Buffalo, NY; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and close friends.
Visitation is on Saturday, April 29, from 6-8 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Sunday, April 30, at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Minister Clarence Scruggs as the eulogist. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
