Week of March 27

Cleveland High School sophomore and junior students will visit the College Fair at Lee University on Monday. Students will have the opportunity to visit over 50 local and national colleges as well as meet military representatives. Cleveland High School hosts 9th Grade Information Night on Tuesday in the CHS Commons. Starting at 6:00 pm, rising 9th grade students and their parents can visit booths for class offerings, athletics, and clubs.
At 6:30 pm, there will be a brief meeting to explain class selection, general information, and up coming calendar dates. For more information contact Miranda Whittington, mwhittington@clevelandschools.org  
  
 
Arnold Memorial Elementary hosts the Student of the Month Breakfast on Thursday. Students demonstrating Citizenship and Honesty will be honored. For more information contact Mike Chai, 423-472-2241, mchai@clevelandschools.org. 
  
 
E.L. Ross Elementary hosts an Open House and 2nd Grade Parent Night on Thursday. All Ross families are invited to Open House starting at 5:30 pm. Second grade families from Yates are invited to visit the school starting at 6:00 pm. For more information contact Lisa Earby, 423-472-7274; learby@clevelandschools.org. 
  
 
Yates Primary and Ross Elementary host Raider Run on Friday. This fun run is held on school grounds and every student is challenged to run or walk the path as many times as possible in 30 minutes. Students receive donations for each lap completed from family, friends and neighbors. All funds raised support school programs.
