Crocco, Walter Cyril Jr. (Cleveland)

Walter Cyril Crocco Jr., 89, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at a local healthcare facility. 

He was a former advertising agency owner and avid aerobatic aviator.  He was a graduate of Cornell University.  After many years’ experience working on Madison Avenue, he began his own successful ad agency in Ridgewood, NJ. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Jeannie Callaway-Crocco; three daughters, Vicki Williams of Cleveland, Mary Beth Firth (Shaun) of Sparrow Bush, NY and Sue Ellen Crocco, of Greenwood Lake, NY.; five grandchildren, Tommy Williams, Emily Firth, Megan Firth Michael Firth and David Firth; one brother, Richard Crocco.

A Gathering of Friends will be held at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church April 3, at 11:30 a.m. with a reception at noon to follow in the rectory.

A private interment will take place at the Chattanooga National Cemetery at a later date.

Grissom Serenity Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
