Dennis Caldwell, 53, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Hamilton Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Ingle Caldwell; and grandparents, Thurman and Eula Mae Stokes Ingle and Hoyte and Viola Caldwell.

He attended Olivia Baptist Church, and loved his family very much. He was a truck driver who had seen much of the United States.

He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Kendra and Michael Nichols of Dalton and Brandi and Allan Rittenhouse of Rocky Face; father, Kendall Caldwell of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law, Lester and Emily Caldwell of Dalton; grandchildren, Haven, Ethan and Kylee Rittenhouse; nephew and niece, Lucas and Meliya Caldwell; and several aunts and uncles.

The memorial service to honor Mr. Caldwell will be held Friday, March 24, at 6 p.m. at the Rocky Face Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Beach officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4-6 p.m.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial contribution may be made to Olivia Baptist Church P.O. Box 1291 Dalton, Ga. 30722.
