Siedlecki Plans Bed And Breakfast In Large Old Home At McCallie And Orchard Knob

Mark Siedlecki is planning to convert a large old home at the corner of McCallie Avenue and Orchard Knob Avenue into a bed and breakfast inn.

Parking will be accessed from the alley at the north of the site. Pedestrian access is available from Orchard Knob Avenue and McCallie Avenue.

The existing two-story dwelling would have a parking field to the rear.

The Regional Planning Agency staff is recommending approval subject to retaining the existing structure.
