The Hamilton County Democratic Party will host the Forward Together FUNdraiser on Thursday, Feb. 23, at 6:40 p.m.
There will be refreshments and entertainment. Former Nashville Mayor Karl Dean will deliver the keynote address. Mayor Dean served from 2007-2015.
The event takes place at 1903 McCallie Ave.

"With the current political situation, we are in trouble as a country," said host and organizer Mark Siedlecki. "Now is the time to get involved in the Hamilton County Democratic Party."
Lee Davis, Dana Perry and the Iron Workers are also helping to host the event.
