Police said at the time there was no sign of trauma on the body of 60-year-old Carrie Lee Parkey.

Staff at Orange Grove Park Group Home around 3 p.m.

located the victim, who was unresponsive in one of the organization's vans.

The Orange Grove staff called 911 and rendered aid to the victim.

Chattanooga Police responded to the scene where Mr. Parkey was determined to be deceased.
