Local accounting firm Linda L. Waters CPA will move its current East Brainerd Road operations to Ooltewah’s Cambridge Square community in the first quarter of 2018, according to Cambridge Square marketing and leasing director Jim Cheney.
Cambridge Square is one-quarter mile east of I-75, off exit 11 in Ooltewah. Linda L. Waters CPA will bring the development’s tenant portfolio to 26.
Linda L. Waters CPA is a full-service accounting firm including tax preparation for businesses and individuals and bookkeeping and payroll services. The buildout for their new space overlooking the public square is underway with completion slated for late January.
