Thomas David Johnson, 66, of Chickamauga, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017. He was born in Pikeville, Tn., has been a resident of Chickamauga for the past 18 years, and was of the Church of God faith. Tommy retired in 2009 after working more than 10 years for CiCi’s Pizza. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, who will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Mae Johnson; sister, Lucille Shoulders Johnson; and brothers, Raymond Johnson, Jimmy Johnson, Randall Johnson and Doyle Johnson.

Tommy is survived by his loving wife, of 18, years, Vivian Carruth Johnson; son, Caleb Johnson; step-children, Steve (Peggy) Brown and Sharon (Tony) Aaron; siblings, Virgil Johnson, Jr., Darvin Johnson, Geraldine Johnson Campbell and Billy Johnson; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 13 in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Ronnie Goins officiating. Interment will follow in the Chickamauga City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, and prior to the service on Wednesday.
