Donald Earl Cowart, 80, of Soddy Daisy passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017, in an area hospital.

Don was a United State Army veteran and was a brick mason for many years in the Chattanooga area.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Melba Cowart.

Survivors include his daughters, Cecelia Medford and Angie Cowart; grandchildren, Brooke (John) Banco, Chuckie Maulding and David Maulding; great-grandchildren, Marlee Maulding and Aubrie Banco.

Services will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 20, in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home. A private interment will be in Hamilton County Memorial Park.
