Larry Marion Speer, 80, of Harrison, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017.
 
He was born on June 10, 1937, to the late Roy and Myrtice Speer. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Judy Speer and siblings, Elizabeth, Roy, Juanita and Margaret.
 
Larry was a loving husband and father. He retired from Coca-Cola here in Chattanooga after 25 years of service and was very active with the Friends of Harrison Bay State Park. He also enjoyed the outdoors, loved photography and was an avid fisherman and reader.
 
Survivors include his two daughters, Darolyn McConnell and Niki Warden, son, Dirk Verhoeff and five grandchildren, Julia and Mark Warden, Joy and Speer Verhoeff and Marlies McConnell.                                                                                                                       
Per Larry’s wish, there will not be a memorial service. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Friends of Harrison Bay State Park atwww.friendsofharrisonbay.org
