Susan Tyson
Susan Ann Tyson, 67, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, surrounded by her family.
Her sunrise was on February 16, 1950, in Pontiac, Michigan and her sunset occurred on Oct. 14, 2017, in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
She was a loving mother to John (Susie) Ritchie of Oh., Kimberly (Gary) Day, Charlies (Jennifer) Tyson, and Timothy (Bridget) Tyson, all of Cleveland, Tn. She is also survived by one sister, Mary Helzer of Pontiac, Mi., and one brother Gene (Kathy) Caverly of Lake Orion, Mi.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl James Tyson, two daughters, Charlotte Ritchie and Kimberly Ruby Tyson Day, her mother and father and one sister.
She was a loving "Granny" to 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed and loved always.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Oct. 17, from 10-11 a.m. in the parlor of Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, Tn. A service celebrating her life is planned for 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Guinn Green officiating.
