Eric Christian Releases Book On Grace

  • Thursday, January 5, 2017

Eric Christian is releasing his first book on Monday.  The book is Reckless Christian: We are accepted, loved, and liked by Christ.

"After feeling excommunicated from my Bible College, church, and friends, I believed I would never be able to minister again," said Mr. Christian.  "Nor did I believe God loved me, much less liked me. However, while finishing up at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, I made a personal decision to find out who God really was.

"What I discovered took me by surprise – God was not some critical, condemning deity sitting on a throne waving an angry fist in the direction of sinners – rather, He was an understanding God offering His gift of love, grace, and mercy with no strings attached.

"I want us to be honest and admit that we have doubts, we get discouraged, depressed, feel bad about feeling wealthy or good, yet even though we are honest, we still play games and wear masks. Yet, I want us to find comfort in is knowing that we are not just that; we are accepted, loved, and liked by Christ."

Mr. Christian calls himself a "builder" because after being in the construction business for 15
years, then becoming a member of the John Maxwell Team, he gave up the construction
business to pursue writing, speaking, and consulting full time. He has been on a journey building leaders with purpose.

Mr. Christian is also on staff at Grace Ministries, a faith-based counseling, education, and
writing center. He serves in two locations -- Homewood, Ala. and Chattanooga, serving members of the community who seek the ministries of counseling, training, worship, prayer and pastoral care.

Reckless Christian will be available on amazon.com
