Shocked By Chief Robert Simpson's Replacement

  • Sunday, January 15, 2017

After reading the article in today's TFP paper about the replacement of Chief Robert Simpson, I was shocked.  I  have had the privilege of knowing Chief Simpson for 25 years.  He is honest and a hard worker.  Reading the list of improvements made for the police department and the city's benefits from his hard work, I wonder what does the city want?

We always tell people we want the best to serve in positions to make our city, state, county, or federal positions to serve to be good and honest.  Well, that is what you had in Robert Simpson.

Apparently the new mayor wanted something different for the people in South Pittsburgh.

Robert Simpson will not bend to a broken city.  He will always stand by his honest and trustworthy beliefs.
