Betsy DeVos Hearing Date Moved To Jan. 17

Senate education committee Chairman Lamar Alexander and Ranking Member Patty Murray (D-Wash.) announced Tuesday the committee will move its confirmation hearing for Betsy DeVos to Jan. 17.

Senators Alexander and Murray said: “At the request of the Senate leadership to accommodate the Senate schedule, we have agreed to move the nomination hearing of Betsy DeVos to Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 5 pm.”
