Ringgold Marching Tiger Band Are Grand Champions Of The Oconee Classic Marching Contest

The Ringgold Marching Tiger Band competed in the Oconee Classic Marching Contest in Milledgeville, Ga., on Saturday.

The band was named Grand Champions with an overall score of 94.58.  Percussion, color guard, drum majors, and band received Superior ratings in Class 5A as well as receiving Best in Class in all captions.  In addition,  all captions were named overall contest  winners and the band placed first overall in Visual and first overall in Effect. 

The band is under the direction of Tracy D. Wright and assistant director Aaron W. Garland.
