Nuclear Engineer For TVA And As Independent Contractor

Tish Bryson Morgan, 66, of Red Bank, died at her residence on Monday, September 26, 2016.

Tish was born in Norton, Virginia on July 9, 1950. She was a nuclear engineer with TVA from 1973-1989, after which she worked as an independent contractor in the nuclear field. Among the things she enjoyed were her schipperkes, the Denver Broncos, and the Western Kentucky University Hilltoppers. Mostly, she loved spending time with her family. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Tish was preceded in death by her parents, Harry W. and Avie Lee (Arrington) Bryson.

She is survived by her son, Christopher M. Jenkins, 36; son, Dana T. Jenkins, 33, and wife Beka; grandson, Luke M. Jenkins, 5; sister, Teresa Bryson Gay and husband, Leonard; niece, Jenn and nephew, David.

The family will receive friends on Friday, Sept. 30, from 4:30-6 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

Arrangements are under the care of the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
