John Harold Johnson, Sr., 83, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, died on September 26, 2016.
John was preceded in death by his son, Stanley Johnson.
John is survived by his son, Johnny Johnson, Jr.; daughter, Terry Goggins; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and six great great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, Sept. 29, from 4-8 p.m. at Lane Funeral Home on Ashland Terrace.
Funeral services for John will be conducted on Friday, Sept. 30, at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
