Hillary Or Trump? - And Response (2)

  • Tuesday, September 27, 2016

I do not accept simply asking myself which candidate would be best for me and my family when deciding which one I will vote for.  That is because I do not believe 100 percent of what either of them says.  Instead, I ask how each will go about setting policies, reaching goals and making decisions.

Hillary has made it clear that only she has the knowledge and experience to be president without any help from anyone else.  After all, she was first-lady and lived in the White House and has been Secretary of State.

Trump, being a businessman/builder, works from a perspective of first establishing a goal and itemizing everything it will take to get there, when it needs to be completed, and where he needs to go along the way for materials, manpower, and assets, as well as its value versus cost upon completion.  As president, that means he will seek every possible assistance from his counterparts in government.  That means he will solicit opinions, assistance, and advice and consent from Congress in fashioning his assessments and certainly when required by the Constitution.

That is why I still will vote for Trump (and everyone else who cares about where our government is headed in the future will do likewise).

Hillary or Trump was most entertaining.  I am not sure who she was describing, but it was not "the Donald".  From all that I have learned watching and reading everything from Fox News and CNN to the Wall Street Journal, his credentials are quite different.

The four bankruptcies and all the small business people that he has proudly bragged about stiffing is quite enough.  The lack of transparency with his taxes is proof in most circles that he has also stiffed the rest of us who pay on a regular basis.  A lot of his original staff have already quit the campaign because he would not listen to them, so why in the world would any one think he would listen to experienced advisors if elected.

Born with a silver spoon in his mouth makes it easy for him to brag about his conquests/business deals, as he has no idea how the average American lives.

I will say he was smart to not bring up any personal information/jabs in the debate regarding Hillary or her spouse, because his is one glass house that can be shattered like crystal.

Now is a time like none I can remember before, that our country needs law and order. Maybe both Clinton and Trump have done questionable things in the past, but unless we want to continue in the lawlessness direction our country has headed down these last several years, we need to elect Donald Trump. As I look at all the things we know they both have done, only one of them has proven time and time again that they do not respect the rule of law.

Trump has taken advantage of the laws as they are written, and used them to his advantage, but he used them as they were. Hillary has shown for as long as I remember that she has no respect for the rule of law, and acts as though her, her family, and her family’s business are somehow above the law.

I’ll take a shrewd business person willing to listen to their team of advisers, to run our country any time, over a proven unethical politician that has lead their staff to plead the fifth in federal court more than a hundred times,  And with the history of Hillary Clinton, I can’t imagine even a life-long Democrat voting for her, without realizing they had to overlook a whole lot, to vote their party line.

From a person that has voted for both Democrats and Republicans in the past, It's time to place more emphasis on our country surviving, and all our kids and families thriving, than which restrooms to use.
