The city may rename the North River Soccer Complex the Cleveland T. Grimes Soccer Complex in honor of the former Hamilton County Water and Wastewater Treatment Authority executive director, who died unexpectedly earlier this year.

A resolution prepared for the Oct. 4 meeting of the City Council says Mr. Grimes should be honored "for his service to the community and his dedication to soccer, which resulted in the development and use of this recreational facility for our citizens."
