Man Who Was Robbed At Gunpoint At East Lake Park Said He Recognized One Of The Robbers; Shows Police His Facebook Page

A man who was robbed at gunpoint at East Lake Park said he knew one of the robbers.

The victim was able to pull up the Facebook page of Donovan Z. Savoy, 22, of 109 Maryland St. He was charged with aggravated robbery.

The victim said he was sitting in his car on E. 34th Street doing paperwork when he was approached by two black males with guns. They put the guns to his head and stole his wallet, which contained about $300 cash.

They also took his cell phone and 40 caliber pistol. The cell phone was discarded nearby.

The pair fled the scene, going east up a hill.

Savoy faced charges on an attempted robbery in 2014.
