James Eady, 26, Arrested For Attempted Sexual Battery And Indecent Exposure In Cleveland

A man has been arrested in Cleveland for sexual crimes.

A call of an indecent exposure on the Greenway came in to the 911 Communications Center on Thursday at 1:05 p.m involving a white male on a bicycle.

Officer Willie Espinoza responded to the area of the complaint and observed a white male standing along the wood line. The man then jumped on his bicycle and headed north. Officer Espinoza broadcast the information and description over the radio.

Officer Espinoza, Officer Charles Burke and Officer Victor Cleveland observed the man headed east on 25th Street and stopped him at 25th Street and Harris Circle.

The suspect, identified as James Miles Eady, 26, was placed in custody and is being charged with attempted sexual battery and indecent exposure.

Other charges may be pending.
