The Ooltewah High School marching band will host a Labor Day barbecue event on Sunday at noon.
The event will be at Steve Ray's Midnite Oil Service.
They will offer a full eight to nine-pound pork butt for $49 (enough for 12-14), or by the pound at $15 (enough for four to five).
The meat will be prepared under the guidance of the award-winning Owls Nest BBQ. It will be pulled and placed in an aluminum pan for easy serving.
