Where Is Sale Creek's $300,000?

First, I would like to thank Rhonda Thurman for what has been done for Sale Creek already, meaning the practice field getting started.  It is by no means complete, but work is being done.  It will not be able to host games or practice this year, but it will be a good place to practice when it is finished.  It was never meant to be a home stadium and hopefully we will get that next to the school sometime in the future.  Meanwhile we will still have to pay Finley Stadium for playing there.

Has anyone looked at the daycare by the school that is for sale?  It already has a building that could be used for a field house, and there is land behind it that is available that had enough room for a football field.

Why was the baseball field not made into a combination baseball/football field like Grace has? There was enough room to do so, but it was not done, which puzzles me.

Can we get the school board to pay for our cost to rent Finley for the year?  I saw where the school board gave East Ridge $300,000 for bleachers and a press box.  Are the kids at Sale Creek not worthy of the amount?  If not, then what is the difference between the two?  It's like the school board is saying this school is better than that one so lets give them something, but not the other one.  At least East Ridge has a home field next to the school and their kids don't have to drive on a very busy, major road to get to practice.

Remember what you do for Sale Creek High School, you are also doing for the middle school so you are benefiting two schools at the same time.

Where is Sale Creek's $300,000?
