Nyrene Quinn Wimpee, 91, of Rossville, died on Friday, August 26, 2016 in a local hospital.
Mrs. Wimpee was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and north Georgia area and a member of Chattanooga First Church of the Nazarene.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Stanley Wimpee, son, Steven Wimpee, and six siblings.
Survivors include her daughters, Brenda (Bob) Dial and Marsha (Darrell) Widner; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 12:30 p.m. at the Chattanooga National Cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
