Olen Lee Hendon
Olen Lee Hendon, 75, of Soddy Daisy, died on Wednesday, August 24, 2016.
He was a local business man and land developer. Olen was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Lois Hendon.
Survivors include his wife, Frieda Ann Hendon; son, Ronald (Cristi) Hendon; daughters, Sharon Lane, Carol Hendon, Loretta Lynn Green, Julie Hendon, Tara May; brothers, Clarence (Karen) Hendon and B.F. (Rochelle) Hendon; sisters, Sue (Paul) Ingram and Peggy (Benny) MacIntosh; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Sunday, Aug. 28, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Alan Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Hendon Cemetery.
Visitation is on Saturday, Aug. 27, from 4-9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
