The Spanish-style Southside YMCA is on the market for $4.5 million.
Originally built in 1929, this four-story mixed-use building is located in the heart of Chattanooga's Southside District.
There have been $2 million in improvements over the last five years to the building once known as the Industrial Y.
It includes an indoor pool with locker rooms, a basketball court with a performance stage, 58 "dorm style" rooms, a Spanish tile roof that is original to the building, a parking lot with 62 spaces and a garden terrace with views of Lookout Mountain.
The building includes 36,000 square feet, Chad Wamack of NAI Charter said.
Jack Kruesi has long owned the Southside YMCA.
