  • Tuesday, August 16, 2016

Mega Truck Series is coming to Adventure OffRoad Park in South Pittsburg Saturday, Sept. 17, with a "bigger, more thrilling line-up of extreme motorsports and entertainment" for the entire family.

The series will feature Mega Trucks, Side By Sides (SXS), and Rock Bouncers going head-to-head for the win. Added to the excitement this year lucky number seven in the ever-popular Mud Digger CD Series is scheduled for release Sept. 2.  Mud Digger 7 is a summertime staple for mud, motorsports, and extreme outdoor entertainment, said officials.

For tickets and additional information, go to http://www.adventureoffroadpark.com. Mud Digger 7 is available for preorder on iTunes.

Mega Trucks are the newest form of extreme motorsports. What started as highly modified pick-up trucks with big axles and tractor tires has grown into an extreme form of mud racing. These trucks are built and designed to take on the nastiest terrain, from deep mud pits, to big jumps and twisted obstacle courses. Simply put, it's a Monster Trucks with skinny tires that play in the mud, said officials.
