A Cleveland, Tn., man found with a Zastava PAP rifle under his bed after a warrant had been issued for a violation of his supervised release has been sentenced to serve five years in federal prison.

Antaraum Dickey appeared before Judge Sandy Mattice in Chattanooga.

The rifle was found with one round in the chamber and 29 rounds in the magazine during the check at an apartment in Cleveland on Sept. 2, 2015.

Dickey said the rifle was not his, but had been bought by his girlfriend at US Money pawn shop in Cleveland. He said he had shot it at his uncle's residence on Georgetown Road.
