The Lea Team real estate professionals and GreenTech Homes, a Chattanooga-based residential construction company, on Monday announced the groundbreaking of Northshore Heights, a Chattanooga planned residential community offering 80 homes on level lots in North Chattanooga.
Amenities such as walking trails, an enclosed dog park, a community pavilion, and a scenic overlook at the crest of Notting Hill are designed to make Northshore Heights a walk-able neighborhood.
“Demand for new homes for sale in North Chattanooga, has been incredibly strong in the last few years, despite the challenges of steep grades common to the area.
Northshore Heights provides beautifully level lots, allowing space for larger homes and usable yard space. This is unheard of in North Chattanooga,” said Jeremy Fitzsimmons, new construction specialist for The Lea Team.
Northshore Heights homes will be constructed with “post-and-beam” exteriors, brick facades, and verdant landscaping. Interiors will be offered in several floor plans, with two-, three- and four-bedroom options.
