Donna E. Jacobs, 66, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2016 at her home.
She was born in Cleveland on May 28, 1950. She was of the Church of God faith.
Donna was preceded in death by her father, R. Douglas Jacobs Sr.; maternal grandparents, Dwight & Vianna Daniel' and paternal grandmother, Lema Harris.
She is survived by one daughter, Nichole & Eric Geren; one son Zach Johnson and his fiancée Jessica Jones; her mother Patsy Daniel Goda; two grandchildren Jessica Whaley (Ethan) and Emma Grace Geren; two brothers Doug Jacobs Jr. (Bridget) and Michael Jacobs (Shelia); one sister Darla McFather (Mike); numerous other extended family members; and a host of special friends.
A celebration of her life is planned for Saturday, July 30 at 2 p.m. at the Stanfield Baptist Church located 1549 No Pone Road NW, Georgetown, TN 37336 with the Reverend Gary Higgins officiating. Interment will follow in the Laurel Hills-Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
