Pratt Land and Development is planning to develop a 136-acre site in Apison with 248 single-family homes and nine community lots.
The site that fronts East Brainerd Road approximately 1,700 feet south of the East Brainerd Road and Bentwood Cove Drive intersection is owned by the Murphy Family Trust.
The entrance would be on East Brainerd Road.
The subdivision of one and two-story dwellings would have a mixture of large and small lot sizes.
Proposed density is approximately 1.82 dwelling units per acre.
The site is within 1,500 feet of Apison Elementary School.
